• Execute a lead generation plan every week
• Host 2 open houses per month
• Turn prospecting & leads into actual appointments
• Master your craft with weekly script practice
• Engage in team activities & training (we keep it fun, promise!)
• Utilize the Brivity CRM to keep your pipeline full & organized
• Attend weekly coaching, training & partner calls
• Convert sellers into listings & buyers into contracts
• Negotiate like a pro to close deals seamlessly

Qualifications

You are a motivated Realtor, hungry for success and willing to learn. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones! Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator. You have a desire to grow both personally & professionally. You want to give back to your community & make an impact.

• Licensed Real Estate Agent with 3+ years of experience
• A team player with a growth mindset

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly This is a commission based position. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
