Responsibilities: * Deliver a luxury, personalized experience for every client. * Educate clients on our range of Interior Design Services and how they can benefit from them. * Meet financial targets, ensuring all sales goals are achieved. * Demonstrate a strong passion for product knowledge and the design industry. * Build and maintain a loyal client base by fostering long-term relationships. * Stay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the Luxury and Interior Design industries. * Collaborate with team members to create an engaging showroom environment. * Maintain high visual standards in the showroom to ensure products are always presented at their best. * Represent Natuzzi at local events, engaging with industry professionals and potential clients. Requirements: * Previous experience in Luxury Retail/Sales, Interior Design experience, or high-end furniture sales is highly preferred. * Results-driven with a strong track record in sales. * Strong ability to build rapport and connect with clients. * Exceptional organizational, time management, communication, and technology skills. * Strategic thinker with a solutions-oriented approach. * Highly motivated and enthusiastic about design. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; (bilingual or multilingual is a plus). * Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required. Compensation/Benefits: * Base Salary plus commission.
