Duties * Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations. * Utilize effective communication skills to explain product features and benefits. * Process transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems. * Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and stock levels to assist customers effectively. * Perform upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining an organized sales floor. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
