Job Summary

Duties

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
• Utilize effective communication skills to explain product features and benefits.
• Process transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, sales, and stock levels to assist customers effectively.
• Perform upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist in restocking shelves and maintaining an organized sales floor.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations.
• Familiarity with retail math concepts is a plus.
• Ability to operate POS systems efficiently.
