We're searching for an enthusiastic inside sales representative to join our team and support business growth. You'll need strong persuasion skills to turn customer prospects into qualified leads. If you're looking to jump-start your career in sales, please apply today!Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly Responsibilities: * Record monthly and quarterly sales and performance goals to ensure they are being met * Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience * Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication * Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele * Maintain the client database to make sure the sales team can access current information on all leads Qualifications: * Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a sales position or related field * High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree preferred * Understand the sales process and how to enter information into client databases * Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car * Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills * Must have a Real Estate License About Company Our mission is to provide a first-class experience and genuinely help people.
