Responsibilities * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. * Identify new business opportunities through effective territory management and outside sales strategies. * Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitor offerings. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales potential during customer interactions. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. * Collaborate with the technical sales team to provide customers with comprehensive product knowledge and support. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products' value. * Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets regularly. * Manage your territory effectively by planning visits and maintaining a schedule that maximizes client engagement. Experience * Proven experience in sales or a related field, with a focus on technical sales being a plus. * Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively. * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. * Experience in territory management or outside sales is highly desirable. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing for clear interaction with clients at all levels. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt strategies based on market conditions.
