Position: Licensed Health Insurance Agent Location: Sunrise, FL (onsite) Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM About Our Client Our client is a dynamic leader in the health insurance market, focused on delivering exceptional results through a strong, performance-driven culture. With all inbound leads and no cold calling after training, agents have the tools and support needed to focus on closing deals and maximizing earnings. This team values coachability, effort, and a commitment to growth. Key Responsibilities: * Follow a proven, compliant sales script to ensure high conversion rates * Commit to full-time, in-office hours and maintain consistent, reliable attendance * Close 10-25 deals weekly using pre-qualified, high-intent inbound leads * Demonstrate strong effort, adaptability, and a continuous improvement mindset * Maintain accurate documentation and deliver excellent client service throughout the sales process Requirements: * Background in U65 health insurance or similar high-pressure sales environment * Active 2-15 or 2-40 insurance license preferred * Athletes and high-performers encouraged to apply * Not a beginner-level role -- must demonstrate sales track record or be highly coachable * Experienced limited med sales professionals without a license are encouraged to apply (licensure support available within 9 months for qualified candidates) Compensation & Growth: * $500 Draw Vs Commission Core Sales: 40-70% commission * Ancillary Products: 60% commission (70% for experienced agents) * $200 bonus for every 15 deals closed * Average weekly earnings: $800-$1,500 after training * Top producers earn $2,000-$3,000 per week * Outbound calls during training, transitioning to 100% inbound live transfers * 2+ deals/day: $1,000-$1,500 per week * 4-5 deals/day: $2,000-$3,000 per week Join a Team That Values You Work in a supportive, growth-focused environment that values hustle and results.
