Job description The Full- Time/Part-Time Sales Associate will deliver world-class customer service, will receive and process packages for shipment. In addition, the Sales Associate will operate copiers, fax machines, binding equipment, laminating machines, and point-of-sale devices. The Sales Associate will advise our customers with the best solutions regarding our products and services. The ideal candidate will have previous retail sales experience, internet experience, computer software experience, a high school diploma/GED, Bilingual in Spanish a plus, a friendly demeanor, helpful manner and a professional appearance. He/she should be a fast learner, willing to learn, and able to take on additional tasks as required. RESPONSIBILITIES * Delivers outstanding customer service * Offer customer's solutions to shipping and packaging needs * Box and package customer possessions * Able to cross sell and up sell products and services * Willing to work with others and to take orders from supervisors * Work with other UPS Team member * Willing to learn all product and service offerings * Operate all equipment and devices as needed * Willing to teach others as necessary * Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment * Performs other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONS * Retail/customer service experience a plus * High school diploma/GED minimum * Bilingual, Spanish a plus * Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe products * Strong verbal and written communication skill * Able to lift 40+ pounds on average * Willing to work flexible hours * Good communication and people skills * Shipping experience a plus * Neat, clean, and professional appearance * Able to work and complete tasks independently in a quick turn environment * Detail oriented * Ability to multi-task * Must be prompt, reliable, and responsible * Willing to work Monday thru Saturday as required If interested, please submit resume for consideration.
