Our client in Warrendale, PA is searching for an inside technical sales associate to add to their team. Job Description: * Sell company's technical products and services * Be knowledgeable about technical aspects of the products, understand client needs, and provide technical solutions * Providing technical quotes of new and previous projects * Liaison between applications engineering department and customers * Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide technical support and close sales * Manage sales process - includes development, quoting, support order processing, and follow up * Utilize sales tools and CRM systems to manage sales leads, track activity, and generate reports * Collaborate with other internal departments to ensure a positive customer experience * Associates degree or higher in business or technical discipline * At least 2 years of experience in a sales position - technical sales is highly preferred * Experience with technical products * Familiarity with electronic and/or hydraulic controls is highly desired
