We are looking for highly motivated and talented individuals to become tomorrow's management leaders. Duties * Develop a district to meet growth objectives and profitability by managing the productivity and expenses * Assist with regional forecasting production * Manage leads from our lead generation program * Recruit, train, develop, and motivate agents and enforce minimum performance standards * Coach reps by utilizing approved management tools, such as real-time feedback, peer-to-peer meetings, and formal performance reviews Requirements * High school education * Must obtain and maintain life and health insurance state(s) license(s) as a condition of employment * Completion of all required American Republic Insurance Services training as directed * Ability to travel * Proven track record in recruiting, training, and leadership Benefits * Monday-Friday daytime schedule * Company-paid state licensing fees and continuing education * Health, dental, and vision insurance * 401k match
