Job Summary Seeking a person that wants to learn and be the best version of themselves working as an insurance agent. You will receive multiple credible leads a day from current existing clients. Commission will be up to 30% per client and up to 55% on agent's current client base. Job requires you to be responsible for processing and compliance of homeowner's insurance policies, including but not limited to: Responsibilities and Duties * Review, analyze, and request information on insurance documents * Timely, thorough, and accurate processing and verification of policy information * Order all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow-ups * Prioritize and address customer needs and demands in a professional manner * Ensure the highest quality in insurance policy preparation * Handle confidential material in a professional and highly ethical manner * Perform tasks and prioritize with little or no supervision * Participate and contribute to a positive work environment * Qualifications and Skills * Experience with homeowner's insurance policies preferred * Either a 220 or 440 license required * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Must be bi-lingual (English and Spanish) * Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, customers and co-workers * Excellent time management and organization skills to effectively prioritize multiple objectives and achieve volume goals * Excellent computer skills Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year Supplemental Pay: * Commission pay Ability to Commute: * Hialeah, FL 33016 (Required) Ability to Relocate: * Hialeah, FL 33016: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
