Job Summary

Seeking a person that wants to learn and be the best version of themselves working as an insurance agent. You will receive multiple credible leads a day from current existing clients. Commission will be up to 30% per client and up to 55% on agent's current client base. Job requires you to be responsible for processing and compliance of homeowner's insurance policies, including but not limited to:

• Review, analyze, and request information on insurance documents
• Timely, thorough, and accurate processing and verification of policy information
• Order all required verifications, documentation and subsequent follow-ups
• Prioritize and address customer needs and demands in a professional manner
• Ensure the highest quality in insurance policy preparation
• Handle confidential material in a professional and highly ethical manner
• Perform tasks and prioritize with little or no supervision
• Participate and contribute to a positive work environment

Qualifications

and Skills

• Experience with homeowner's insurance policies preferred
• Either a 220 or 440 license required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be bi-lingual (English and Spanish)
• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional relationships with clients, customers and co-workers
• Excellent time management and organization skills to effectively prioritize multiple objectives and achieve volume goals
