Duties * Engage in direct sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management. * Utilize Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage leads, and report on sales activities. * Negotiate Estimates and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing customers. * Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Skills * Proven experience in direct sales and territory sales management. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-making. * Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients. * Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining attention to detail. * Experience in upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing clients. * A solid understanding of market dynamics and customer needs within the industry. * Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
