• know requirements and responsibilities listed below at time of interview or will be immediately rejected
• have prior sales experience, working with customers and providing an exceptional buying experience
• follow all company policies, schedules and work protocols
• meet customer contact and sales quotas
• have basic computer, email and internet proficiency
• have excellent appearance and be skilled in verbal/written communication, negotiation and presentation
• have weekend availability as well as some evening hours
• Have a valid U.S. Driver's license
• Bilingual not a must but is a plus Full-Time Position (subject to 90 day probationary period with bi-weekly evaluations) Morning & evening schedules on Sunday thru Thursday Friday and Saturday are bell to bell. Commission Growth Retroactive Pay Plan - Higher Sales = Higher Commission 1-10 cars sold per month = $350 Commission per sale 1-11 cars sold per month = $400 Commission per sale 1-16 cars sold per month = $450 Commission per sale 1-21 or more cars sold per month = $500 Commission per sale Job Type: Full-time Pay: $4,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
