Job Summary The BDC Service role is essential for maintaining effective communication between our dealership and customers. This position focuses on enhancing customer satisfaction through exceptional service and support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting the client in person, engaging with customers via phone, and ensuring that all inquiries are addressed promptly and professionally. Duties * Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. * This postion requires individuals to be self -motivated , persisent. Utilize organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Work hand in hand with the Service Manager and Advisors. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with customers, ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint. * Actively seeking out and following up on missed service appointment * Perform other duties as assigned by management. * CSI after service follow up. Experience * Previous experience in a dealership or retail customer service environment is preferred but not mandatory. * Professional appearance and good work ethics. * Strong communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. * Strong computer skills with the ability to manage multiple applications at once. * Able to make outbound calls for retention service and recalls leads This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to grow their career within the automotive industry while contributing to a dynamic team environment focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
