We deliver the same level of exposure as larger firms, at a fraction of the cost. We're looking for a motivated Entry Level Account Manager to support our newest auto glass campaign. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, while directly contributing to customer satisfaction. Entry Level Account Manager Key Responsibilities: * Represent auto glass replacement products to target audiences using a consultative, customer-focused sales approach * Build and manage customer relationships while representing client brands and handling account needs * Help plan and execute engaging customer outreach and business development strategies within an assigned territory * Collaborate with internal teams to deliver creative and impactful product demonstrations * Participate in regular meetings, training sessions, and virtual networking events to strengthen your skills in marketing, sales, and leadership * Maintain accurate documentation and stay informed on all product and service offerings What We 're Looking For in an Entry Level Account Manager: * Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field, or 2+ years of relevant work experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with emotional intelligence and a customer-first attitude * Demonstrated leadership potential or experience in customer-facing roles * Daily access to reliable transportation * A positive, team-focused personality with high energy and enthusiasm * Immediate availability is strongly preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $700.00 - $1,400.00 per week Compensation Package: * Bonus opportunities * Commission pay * Uncapped commission Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
