This is a sales-focused leadership role with hands-on responsibilities in both operations and client development. Key Responsibilities

:

• Manage daily branch operations including dispatch, payroll, and application processing
• Lead outside sales efforts to grow the client base and expand business
• Recruit and service temporary workforce needs for clients
• Provide outstanding customer service to clients and associates
• Supervise and develop branch support staff What We 're Looking For:
• 3+ years of proven success in sales and team management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent administrative abilities
• Able to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Comfortable working early hours and limited weekends
• Proficient with Windows-based computer systems
• Self-motivated, reliable, and results-driven

Requirements

• High school diploma (some college or technical training preferred)
• Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to provide work history and sales references
