Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive insurance sales within the local market. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and support. * Administer benefits programs and provide clients with comprehensive information regarding their options. * Conduct outside sales activities to promote agency services and expand the client base. * Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure their needs are met while adhering to company policies. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide accurate information to clients. * Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations in all client interactions and data management. * Manage day-to-day operations of the agency, including staffing, training, and performance evaluations. Experience * Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong background in customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships. * Experience in outside sales or retail sales is highly desirable. * Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close sales effectively. * Familiarity with benefits administration processes is beneficial for assisting clients effectively.
