Sales Professional - Hose distributor/manufacturer, Northeastern New Jersey 75 year old Manufacturer/Distributor in Northern New Jersey seeks a disciplined sales professional ready to take the next step in their sales career. This position is also a great career move for a plant production/maintenance professional looking to change to a selling role. Our products are used in wide range of applications including aerospace, food, beverage, industrial, pharmaceutical, hydraulic, light and heavy manufacturing, and OEM etc. This position requires a specific set of duties that will primarily be performed in the field with prospects and customers, along with coordination and interaction with our in-house sales support team. The duties associated with the position include:

• Servicing existing customers with onsite sales visits
• Generates sales by contacting new and existing customers in person, by email and phone social media.
• Answer customer's questions about products, and solutions.
• Identify prospective customers
• Recommend products
• Generate quotations and orders from customers and prospects.
• Maintenance of CRM database.
• Experience in business to business sales is preferred
• A history of developing and maintaining relationships in a sales environment is a definite plus. This opportunity requires a motivated self-starter.
