Responsibilities * Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch * Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology * Conduct property showings for potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of each property. * Assist clients in exploring various neighborhoods, providing expert advice on local amenities, schools, and market conditions. * Utilize our proven models, systems, and tools to efficiently schedule and manage property showings, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients. * Maintain a strong understanding of property listings, staying up-to-date with market trends and changes in inventory. * Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand their preferences and requirements, ensuring efficient and targeted showings. * Communicate and coordinate with listing agents, brokers, and homeowners to arrange showings and gather necessary information. * Gather feedback from clients after showings, providing valuable insights to assist in the decision-making Qualifications You are energized by working with people and pride yourself in your ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
