Policy Advising: Guide clients through the insurance buying process, explaining various options and recommending suitable products. Sales Target: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for new policies and client retention. Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to sell additional insurance products to existing clients. Feedback Gathering: Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service and product offerings. Requirements Licensing: Valid Florida Insurance License is highly preferred but not required.
