Full description of the position

Enseo's Regional Director of Sales in the NYC area will be responsible for expanding our customer base in their given territory, fostering and upselling existing business all while providing outstanding customer support and interaction. The territory will consist of hotels and resorts in your designated area including key ownership and management groups. You will be expected to proactively prospect all the accounts and groups in your area to open up new business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Identify, prospect and engage with potential customers to generate new business * Manage the full sales cycle, form initial outreach to closing deals * Communicate with customers to understand their needs, propose solutions and demonstrate the product value proposition, both financially and the guest experience. * Develop and maintain strong client and key stakeholder relationships * Open new Owner/Manager relationships including new MSA's * Build and manage a consistent and robust monthly sales funnel * Explain and close additional feature upsell and new opportunities * Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize revenue opportunities * Lead hand off meetings and contracting process post sale. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction and fulfill customer service needs * Accurately forecast expected monthly close volume * Collect and analyze data to learn more about consumer behavior. * Keep accurate records pertaining to customer communications and transactions. * Maintain updated knowledge of Enseo products and services. * Performs other duties as assigned. * Meet and exceed sales quotas and performance metrics QUALIFICATIONS: * Education: Bachelor's Degree in sales, communications or related field * Experience: 3 - 5 years of sales or account management in hospitality industry, software solutions, or similar industry * Knowledge: Understanding of customer needs and how to manage multiple customers, Extensive, accurate product knowledge, Knowledge of hotel processes and technology, Knowledge of hotel brands (like Marriott, Hilton, etc.) * Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills. * Additional Skills: PC literacy with strong competency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs, problem solving including data analysis, demonstrated analytical skills by identifying and objectively evaluating innovative and alternative solutions to problems, an active listener, excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills, organization skills with an attention to detail. Excellent CRM interaction and skills * Other: Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines, multi-task and project manage, function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment, can use independent judgment in resolving various issues, able to collaborate with team members and other departments PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: * Working Conditions:** This is a full-time hybrid or remote position/office type environment. Frequent travel within your territory may be required * Physical Activities: Occasional standing, stooping, and lifting up to 15 pounds * Physical Demands: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk, working on a computer, and speaking on a telephone.
