Who We Are: Speedy Monkey is a Fort Lauderdale-based start-up specializing in premium toys and gifts. The founder has near 30 years of successful experience in the toy industry. Our business was launched in May 2022. For the growth of our new company, we are looking for a truly motivated person to participate in a great professional and human adventure ! For 2025, we need full time team members: Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative You will be in charge of all customer inquiries regarding online merchandise and other B2B orders. In this role, we're looking for someone to team up with our Sales Representatives to build sustainable customer relationships by answering all calls, emails and online inquiries. You have experience with key accounts and will focus on customer satisfaction, actively contributing to the sales strategy. This position requires a mix of professional customer care skills, and an upbeat, "can-do" positive attitude, drop shipping and online commerce platforms. Responsibilities/duties: * Manage incoming calls and emails to assist customers and wholesalers with product selection when needed, answer basic questions and suggest various product options that are available; * You will verify and process electronic sales orders via our e-commerce platform and various marketplaces; * Identify and generate new leads through cold calling and close key sales opportunities and qualify/nurture inbound leads generated by marketing activities, website visits; * You will document and resolve customer issues in a prompt and proper manner by providing additional information and engaging other team members and/or partners, such as our fulfillment company; * You will manage returns, investigate and propose the best alternative solution to maintain a high customer satisfaction; * Build and cultivate professional and trusting relationships with key customers and Sales Representatives. * Possible participation in Trade shows (2-3) requiring travel and including weekends Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in Customer Care * Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, ability to adapt/ respond to different types of characters * Customer orientation and Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively * Experience with Shopify and other Marketplace tools a must * Digital Marketing and Social Media is a plus Job Type: Full-time / Monday - Friday Base Pay Range : $22.00 per hour (based on previous experience) + bonus In this adventure, we believe in people more than in diplomas.
