Requirements * Must possess or be willing to obtain a Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license. * Have a positive mindset and be eager to learn. * Be a team player who is customer-focused and self-driven. * Exhibit excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills. * Be coachable and open to feedback for continuous improvement.
