The Parts Counter Salesperson is responsible for assisting customers in person and over the phone, selling parts and accessories, and providing excellent customer service. Hours and schedule may vary. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner * Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries * Review parts requests and provide accurate quotes * Process parts orders and manage inventory levels * Promote and sell parts and accessories to customers * Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and resolving any issues in a timely manner * Keep up-to-date on new products, promotions, and pricing changes * Maintain a clean and organized parts department Requirements: * Must submit to a background check and drug test * Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record * Must be at least 18 years of age * Knowledge of automotive parts and accessories * Excellent customer service and communication skills * Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask * Proficient computer skills * Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Bartow Ford is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
