We specialize in helping homeowners navigate the insurance process after storm damage--so the only out-of-pocket cost is their deductible. WHAT WE OFFER Position: Commission-Based Sales Representative Income Range: $75,000-$150,000+ (Includes weekly bonuses and performance incentives) Availability: Full-time positions with massive growth potential Whether you're looking to level up your career or bring in extra income, this is a high-impact opportunity with no income ceiling. Sales experience helps-- but it's not required. We'll train the right person. THE ROLE We're looking for motivated, driven individuals ready to join a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment. As a Direct Sales Representative, you'll be the face of King Roofing--educating homeowners, providing value, and closing deals.

What You'll Do

:

• Knock doors and canvas assigned neighborhoods (min. 50 homes/day)
• Educate homeowners on storm damage and insurance-based roof replacement
• Generate and follow up with leads
• Set and run sales appointments
• Inspect and assess roof damage (we'll teach you how)
• Write simple reports and submit contracts
• Track leads and sales activity via CRM
• Follow up with homeowners and provide a 5-star customer experience WHO YOU ARE
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• A clear communicator with strong people skills
• Eager to learn and grow in a team environment
• Comfortable working outdoors and going door-to-door
• Able to retain product knowledge and explain value to customers

Requirements

:

• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Sales experience is a bonus--not a requirement
