HOTWORX is the first ever implementation of 3D fitness training. We combine heat, infrared energy, and exercise to help members flush toxins, tone up, and torch calories. Our studio offers 24-hour access to unlimited class sessions including Hot Yoga, Hot Cycle, Hot Buns, Hot Barre and more. We are looking for individuals with experience in membership sales in the fitness industry. The Sales Associate is responsible for establishing extraordinary customer relationships, generating membership leads and sales, and maintaining momentum. This posting is for a part time role, primarily evenings and weekends. Responsibilities * Sell new memberships by prospecting and calling new leads * Ensure that minimum requirements for prospecting are met monthly. * Assist manager in social media engagement posts, promotions and on-going ad campaigns by providing insight on results and ideas to increase traffic and promote online engagement. * Maintain member relationships, ensuring all members feel special and are motivated for their workouts * Assist members during their visits by greeting, answering questions, and providing instruction where required * Prospect and promote outside in order to sell new memberships * Sell retail and products to members * Ensure Members Cards and billing are up to date * Maintain studio and equipment cleanliness Qualifications * Previous sales experience * Strong communication skills * Customer service and member relations * A passion for fitness * Proficient in Windows, Microsoft, and comfortable learning new systems * CPR, AED, and First Aid certification (upon hire) Benefits * Hourly pay plus commission * Free gym membership * Future growth and training opportunities' 'Work Remotely No T Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $13.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week Benefits: * Employee discount Shift: * Day shift * Evening shift Work Location: In person
