Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Lot Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the parking lot operations, ensuring that vehicles are parked efficiently and safely while providing exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail, contributing to a positive experience for all customers. All applicants must be 21 years of age or older. Duties * Maintain an organized and efficient parking lot layout. * Assisting in receiving delivery of new inventory vehicles. * Ensure the safety and security of all parked vehicles. * Assist in managing vehicle delivery and retrieval processes. * Provide excellent guest services by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly. * Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the lot. Skills * Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality. * Experience in valet parking or similar roles is preferred. * Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles proficiently preferred but not required. * Previous experience in inventory management is a plus. * Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members. * Attention to detail in managing vehicle locations and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
