As we expand, we're seeking a dynamic and experienced Outbound and Inside Sales Manager to lead our inside sales team and drive outbound sales performance to new heights.

Position Summary

The Outbound Inside Sales Manager will lead and develop a high-performing inside sales team focused on outbound outreach. This role is responsible for driving sales targets, optimizing workflows, and ensuring a strong pipeline of leads and conversions through effective outbound strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage, coach, and inspire the inside sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly outbound sales targets.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement outbound sales strategies that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
• Process Optimization: Refine and improve outbound call scripts, workflows, and CRM usage to increase productivity.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze outbound sales metrics and provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
• Customer Engagement: Guide the team in delivering high-quality, persuasive outreach to prospects, building strong initial relationships.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure outbound sales activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing and Product teams to align outreach efforts with campaigns and offerings.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience managing an inside sales team with a focus on outbound strategy and execution.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Infor) and Microsoft Excel.
