We are a fast-growing screen printing and embroidery company specializing in custom apparel and branded merchandise. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service to clients ranging from small businesses to large organizations. As we expand, we're looking for a motivated entry to midlevel Customer Service / Inside Sales Associate to join our team and help grow our business.This frees up outside sales to pursue new business and bring back to the inside Sales Team. Position Summary: The Inside Sales Associate will be the front-line contact for all inbound sales inquiries and walk-in customers. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing environment, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to grow their knowledge including promotional product sales. You'll work directly with the CEO and sales team to maintain and grow our existing client base, and play a key role in driving proactive outreach and business development initiatives. Job Responsibilities: * Handle all inbound phone, email, and walk-in sales inquiries professionally and efficiently * Provide quotes, product information, and order updates to customers * Learn and assist in selling promotional products alongside screen printed and embroidered products * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients * Follow up on past quotes, lapsed clients, and pending orders to drive new sales * Work closely with the CEO and sales team to develop and implement growth strategies * Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM * Assist with showroom maintenance, sample organization, and order coordination * Stay up to date on product trends, vendor catalogs, and industry developments Mandatory Skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities * Self-motivated with a proactive approach to customer follow-up and sales * Process-oriented- Follows clear and defined procedures, rules, regulations and instructions.
