Cloud Connextions, located in Englewood, CO (DTC), is on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven professional. This role is perfect for those who have a flair for Sales, coupled with a knack for Operations, and are passionate about delivering outstanding video collaboration services to a diverse range of clients including SMBs, Enterprises, and Educational institutions. This position is not just a sales role; it's a unique opportunity to support both account management and operational aspects of the company. You'll handle inbound leads, engage with Salesforce CRM, and play a key support role in the entire sales process, while ensuring operational excellence. Salary * $60,000 to $120,000 (includes base + commission, bonus) Key Responsibilities Operations Focus: * Manage end-to-end processes including quoting, ordering, tracking, customer follow-up, invoicing, and fostering customer success. * Streamline organizational processes and procedures for optimized efficiency. * Undertake sales reporting: forecast trends, identify opportunities and challenges, and devise strategic solutions. * Address and resolve client issues promptly, escalating to management when necessary. Sales Focus: * Champion customer engagement, focusing on customer success and satisfaction. * Develop and nurture relationships within existing accounts, manage complex sales scenarios and campaigns. * Capitalize on upselling opportunities to strengthen customer relations. * Utilize Salesforce CRM for accurate sales activity tracking and status updates. * Forecast sales and revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Stay abreast of product lines, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Requirements For Success * 2+ years of Inside Sales experience in a technology-driven environment is preferred. * Confidence in participating in face-to-face or group video conferencing calls. * Experience with inbound sales. * A quick learner with a customer-first approach and adaptability to change. * Social media proficiency, especially LinkedIn, is an asset. * Strong collaborative and interpersonal skills. * A proven track record in sales success, client satisfaction, and effective teamwork. * Excellent verbal communication skills, combined with a consultative business approach. * Detail-oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, and self-motivated personality. * Experience with Salesforce CRM is highly regarded. * Strong Internet research abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office [Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint]. * Ability to work at a computer for extended periods. * A Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. * Position is open to local candidates in the Englewood, CO (Denver Tech Center) area only.
