Qualifications

• Must live-in and understand the Florida Automotive Retail Market
• We are looking for a Fast-Paced Aggressive Performance Driven Leader
• 5 Years BDC experience in the automotive industry is REQUIRED
• Automotive Sales experience
• Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written
• Great attitude with high-energy personality
• Excellent customer service skills
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Self-starter and self-motivated
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Automotive BDC/Internet Lead Management: 3 years (Required)
• The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of automotive services, and the ability to effectively manage inventory and sales operations
• Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar role within the automotive industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and software applications relevant to automotive services
• Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and customers
• Knowledge of retail math principles as they relate to inventory control and sales analysis
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment
