Qualifications * Must live-in and understand the Florida Automotive Retail Market * We are looking for a Fast-Paced Aggressive Performance Driven Leader * 5 Years BDC experience in the automotive industry is REQUIRED * Automotive Sales experience * Outstanding communication skills in both verbal and written * Great attitude with high-energy personality * Excellent customer service skills * Professional appearance and work ethic * Self-starter and self-motivated * High school diploma or equivalent * Automotive BDC/Internet Lead Management: 3 years (Required) * The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of automotive services, and the ability to effectively manage inventory and sales operations * Proven experience in automotive service management or a similar role within the automotive industry * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively * Proficiency in inventory management systems and software applications relevant to automotive services * Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and customers * Knowledge of retail math principles as they relate to inventory control and sales analysis * A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment * Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312 (Required) Job Type: Full-time Pay: $55,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year Schedule: * 8 hour shift Work Location: In person
