Company: Eskar Job Title: Marijuana Establishment Agent (Sales Floor Associate) Reports To: General Manager & Assistant Manager(s) Job Purpose Marijuana Establishment Agents directly interact with all consumers and advise them compliantly on usable marijuana products and non-marijuana products that are for sale. Marijuana Establishment Agents are responsible for both managing money and inventory and elevating the consumer experience above all else. A Marijuana Establishment Agent is also expected to work in other facets of the operation, including but not limited to:

Marijuana Establishment Agents must be enthusiastic, friendly, and able to provide basic information regarding the Dispensary and its products.

• Ensure an excellent consumer experience:
• Providing the best consumer experience to whoever walks through the door.
• Building rapport with consumers to ensure they become repeat customers.
• Welcoming each person entering the Dispensary with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Educating consumers on Eskar's message, strains, products, delivery methods, potency, serving size, tolerance, etc.
• Guide consumers to appropriate resources including website and internet menus.
• Must be on time and prepared for all scheduled shifts.
• Verify that consumer are over the age of 21 years old by:
• Conducting consumer check-in and all ID checking (both at front desk and again before purchase).
• Answer phones appropriately and maintain proper phone etiquette.
• Allocate guest badges and provide oversight on all vendor/visitor sign-ins to remain compliant.
• Make recommendations based on training about and knowledge of marijuana products available at the Dispensary.
• Complete daily checklists (AM or PM), maintain Eskar Dispensary's facility appearance and cleanliness, and execute daily store opening and closing duties.
• Maintain compliance following all Eskar's procedures when completing a sale.
• Keep consumers updated with accurate knowledge of product price points.
• Utilize product upsell lists appropriately.
• Ensure the security of all money and inventory on the sales floor or in designated POS stations.
• Maintain workstations in an orderly manner.
• Keep updated on all aspects of Eskar's operations (legal, regulatory, technology, and research) and share that information with Eskar employees.

Required Qualifications

• Must pass background check requirements with the State of Massachusetts.
• High School Diploma required.
• Must be over the age of 21.
• Consumer service or sales experience required, marijuana industry experience a plus.
• Proven cash handling skills and ability to maintain large amounts of inventory.
• Success working closely with a myriad of different personality types.
• Genuine enthusiasm and love for marijuana and the marijuana industry.
• Must possess basic knowledge of marijuana weights, industry products, strain classifications, genetics, and compliance.
• Positive attitude in high volume sales settings.
• Can work long hours at standing sales stations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office..
• Good communication skills including ability to speak and work proactively with consumers.
• Attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible schedules including extended days, evenings, and weekend hours.
• Knowledge of state equivalency rules and adult-use consumer product allotment limits.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities.
