Company Overview

: At Canyon Oaks Mobile Podiatry, we provide comprehensive and compassionate Podiatry Care to our patients and are passionate about improving the quality of life for those who reside in long-term healthcare settings in San Diego and Orange Counties. We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Mobile Podiatry Marketer to join our growing team. We are looking for an outgoing, extroverted individual with a positive mental outlook who is energized by networking and talking to others. You must be willing to travel 100% of the time and have your own reliable form of transportation. A clean driving record and CA drivers license is required for this position. A BA in Marketing, Business Administration or similar is preferred. You must be responsible, show up on time, and demonstrate the ability to design and manage your own schedule in collaboration with your supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

:

• Facility Visits: Establish and nurture relationships with administrators and social workers at senior living facilities and other types of long-term care facilities to generate leads, close contracts, and build brand awareness. Marketing Strategy Execution:
• Be a creative team player who works closely with the Manager to strategize, develop, and implement marketing campaigns to promote mobile podiatry within the target market, specifically long-term healthcare facilities.
• Attend local healthcare events, seminars, and networking opportunities to connect with key decision-makers in the healthcare and senior living sectors.
• Track and analyze marketing campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and optimize for better results.
• Collaborate with the sales and clinical teams to identify new referral sources and drive client acquisition and retention.
• Provide feedback to senior leadership about community outreach efforts and recommend strategies for further growth.
• Attend regular meetings, communicating your progress with transparency.

Qualifications

:

• A minimum of at least one year of experience in health-related sales/marketing is required.
• Experience building relationships with healthcare providers, long-term residential care facilities, senior living communities, and other referral sources.
• Ability to travel regularly for in-person visits to healthcare facilities and networking events.
• Be a self-starter who performs creative research in your area to develop long-lasting relationships and represent the company in a positive and comprehensive way.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and engage healthcare professionals and patients.
• Creative and strategic mindset to design compelling marketing campaigns.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives.
• Experience using monday.com or similar work management/CRM software is a MUST. What We Offer:
