Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various sales environments but most importantly outside sales. You will be engaging with parents or potential students to bring into our company in which you will obtain a substantial commission. Duties * Engage with potential customers through various channels to promote products and services. * Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. * Manage existing accounts while actively seeking opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. * Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall sales targets and objectives. * Prepare and deliver compelling presentations that effectively communicate product benefits. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities. * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system. Requirements * Proven experience in inside sales, direct sales, or retail sales; experience in technology sales is a plus. * Strong ability to upsell products and manage accounts effectively. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a knack for building rapport with clients. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred. * A proactive approach to problem-solving with a focus on customer satisfaction.
