Full description of the position

Sales/Estimating Assistant Responsibilities: * Work with Sales/Estimating staff to draft proposals in preparation for submission * Apply for permits and order certificates of insurance for projects * Request miss dig on jobs and assist miss dig workers with ongoing coordination * Request and turn in submittals * Order and execute bonds * Review project specifications during the bidding process * Execute and prepare prime bids for delivery * Create project map in Microsoft publisher * Various other office tasks as required (I.e., light cleaning, ordering supplies, answering phone calls, general administrative support) Qualifications: * Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office * Must be proficient in the use of general office equipment (including but not limited to printer/copier/fax machine) * Experience with CRM software is a plus * Valid driver's license with reliable transportation * Excellent communication with experience in customer service Compensation and Benefits: * Competitive Hourly Rates (based upon experience) * Blue Cross Blue Shield - Medical coverage * MetLife - Dental/Vision coverage * 401k with Employer Match * Internal Advancement Hutch Paving is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
