Job Summary ProForce Pest Control is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating sales in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities * Prospect for and qualify new customers * Develop and maintain relationships with customers * Negotiate and close sales * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices * Convert incoming calls into new recurring customer agreements * Cross sell to current customers Compensation * Uncapped commission on sales starting at 14% * Hourly draw against commission * Team Performance incentives * Benefits package To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
