Inbound Licensed ACA Health Insurance Closer*(Inbound Calls ONLY!) EverCare Health Insurance Pompano Beach, FL As an inbound calls licensed ACA insurance sales rep, you'll guide clients through ACA enrollment, explain benefits, answer questions, and help them choose the best health plan, while ensuring compliance and providing excellent customer service. (Inbound Calls ONLY!) Key Responsibilities: * Inbound Call Handling: Answer calls from potential clients seeking information about ACA health insurance plans. * Client Consultations: Conduct comprehensive consultations with clients to understand their healthcare needs and explain ACA options. * Product Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of ACA health insurance plans, including different plan types, coverage details, and eligibility requirements. * Enrollment Process: Guide clients through the ACA enrollment process, ensuring accurate and efficient completion of all necessary paperwork. * Compliance: Adhere to all ACA guidelines and regulations throughout the sales process. * Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client questions and concerns with patience and professionalism. * Sales and Closing: Identify client needs, present appropriate ACA health insurance plans, and assist clients in making informed decisions. * Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall team performance. * Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and enrollments. (Inbound Calls ONLY!) Qualifications: * Licensing: Hold a valid and current health insurance agent license (2-40 or 2-15). * Experience: Proven experience selling health insurance plans, preferably with experience in the ACA marketplace. * Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex information to clients. * Knowledge: Strong understanding of ACA health insurance plans and the enrollment process. * Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems and software for client management and enrollment. * Motivation: Be a motivated self-starter with a results-oriented mindset. * Adaptability: Be willing and able to learn and adapt to changes in the ACA marketplace and company policies. * Training: Completion of the company's ACA training program. An Active Health License (2-15, 2-20, 2-40) with at least six months of experience selling health insurance *Must be authorized to work in the United States. *Must have reliable transportation to and from our Covington, LA office Compensation: * Top agents make over $2,000 weekly, with significantly higher earnings during open enrollment. * A draw of $500/ week to help you get started, ensuring at least $500 in weekly earnings if hired. * Opportunity for cash spiffs and potential bonuses daily.
