We are looking for a confident and detail-oriented receptionist with strong sales experience and a background in esthetics or skincare knowledge to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities

:

• Meet and greet clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor
• Conduct initial consultations and gather client information
• Handle consent forms and documentation
• Perform post-consultations and ensure client satisfaction
• Actively promote and sell memberships and treatment packages
• Maintain accurate records and manage client appointments
• Communicate effectively with clients and staff
• Demonstrate knowledge of various skin conditions and recommend suitable treatments
• Assist clients with questions related to skincare, treatments, and product recommendations

Qualifications

:

• Bilingual: English/Spanish (Required)
• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role, preferably in a spa or medical setting
• Proven sales experience with a results-driven mindset
• Knowledge of skincare, esthetics, and various skin conditions (e.g., hyperpigmentation, acne, anti-aging)
• Confidence in discussing spa services and recommending treatments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities

Compensation

:
