We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to join our team and support our continued growth. Position Overview: The Lead Generation & Market Research Specialist will be responsible for proactively identifying and researching construction projects, key decision- makers, and market trends within the architectural security glazing and specialty glass sectors. This role requires expertise in data mining, lead qualification, and CRM management, with a strong focus on project-based sales intelligence. Key Responsibilities: Lead & Project Identification: * Utilize ConstructConnect, Dodge Data & Analytics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to research and track active and upcoming construction projects requiring security glazing solutions. * Identify architects, contract glaziers, general contractors, and facility owners involved in relevant projects. * Analyze project specifications to determine suitability for company products (bullet-resistant, blast-resistant, forced-entry, decorative, and specialty glazing). Data Management & Reporting: * Organize and maintain a pipeline of leads in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or company-specific system), ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. * Track and report market activity, lead conversion rates, and trends to sales leadership. * Develop and refine targeted prospect lists to support regional sales teams. Collaboration & Outreach Support: * Work closely with territory sales reps and inside sales teams to distribute high-value leads and opportunities. * Assist in preparing market intelligence reports, presentations, and competitive analyses to support business development efforts. * Provide early-stage prospecting support, such as email templates, call lists, and introductory outreach. Market & Competitive Intelligence: * Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and bid opportunities within the security glazing and specialty glass space. * Identify and evaluate potential partnerships or new market segments for business expansion. * Research and compile case studies and reference projects to enhance sales positioning. Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in lead generation, market research, or sales support within the construction, glass & glazing, or security glazing industries. * Experience with ConstructConnect, Dodge Data, Blue Book, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar lead-generation tools. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret construction project data and specifications. * Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) for lead tracking and reporting. * Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with sales and marketing teams. * Ability to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities in project bidding and procurement processes. * Familiarity with architectural security glazing, ballistic/forced entry glass, or high-performance building materials is a plus.
