We are looking for a motivated & detail-oriented job quotations specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for reviewing job schedules, putting together job quotes, and communicating closely with our sales team, vendors, & customers. Principal

Duties and Responsibilities

: 1. Prepare and process customer job quotations, ensuring accuracy and a timely delivery 2. Communicate with customers to understand their needs 3. Communicate with the sales team to develop competitive pricing 4. Follow up with customers to secure orders and provide additional information as needed 5. Maintain and update pricing records and the quotes database Supervision Received : Supervision is provided by the Quotations Manager; the position requires ability to perform with minimal supervision. Skills : 1. Previous experience in inside sales or job quotations in the plumbing industry. 2. Proficient in Microsoft Office. 3.Highly organized with a strong attention to detail. 4. Excellent communication skills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
