Overview

This dynamic role is split into two key areas of responsibility: Sales Coordinator As a Sales Coordinator, you will be the communication hub for buyers during their construction journey.

Responsibilities

include:

• Managing communication with assigned buyers
• Overseeing the client selection process and guiding buyers through finishes and materials
• Managing all client documentation and timelines
• Supporting on active projects from initial contract to final handoff End of Construction Coordination You'll serve as the main liaison for homeowners during the critical closing phase and beyond. Key responsibilities include:
• Managing the end-of-construction timeline
• Supporting a smooth and professional handoff experience for clients
• Ensuring all final issues are documented, tracked, and resolved promptly
• Sending post-closing updates to internal teams to confirm successful close
• Coordinating client reviews and satisfaction feedback
• Sending periodic check-ins and milestone greetings (holiday and anniversary cards) Warranty

Responsibilities

:

• Acting as the main point of contact for any post-close warranty concerns
• Logging, tracking, and managing warranty items
• Working with trade partners and internal team to coordinate repairs and service requests
• Communicating updates with homeowners, ensuring a timely resolution of issues
• Supporting the warranty and closing processes by assisting with checklists, status updates, and client documentation What We 're Looking For
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proactive
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable handling client-facing communication, even during challenging situations
• Experience in homebuilding, construction, real estate, or warranty services preferred
• Familiarity with CRM/project management tools like Buildertrend (or willingness to learn)
• Professional demeanor and team-oriented mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: $54,000.00 per year
