An IT Consulting Company in New York, NY is looking for a Japanese / English Bilingual Sales Representative. Responsibilities of Japanese / English Bilingual Sales Representative * Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with assigned MSP clients, understanding their needs and proactively addressing concerns. * Service Delivery Oversight: Monitor the delivery of IT services against SLAs, ensuring timely issue resolution and client satisfaction. * Account Growth: Identify potential opportunities to expand service offerings within existing accounts, including upselling and cross-selling additional IT solutions. * Contract Management: Manage client contracts, renewals, and billing processes, ensuring compliance with agreed terms. * Performance Reporting: Regularly analyze client data and generate reports to demonstrate the value of MSP services and identify areas for improvement. * Technical Understanding: Possess a basic understanding of IT infrastructure, network management, security, and cloud technologies to effectively communicate with clients and technical teams. * Proactive Engagement: Conduct regular client check-ins, anticipate potential issues, and proactively address them to maintain a high level of service. * Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams like sales, technical support, and engineering to ensure seamless client experience. * Other job duties are assigned as needed Qualifications of Japanese / English Bilingual IT Sales Representative * Bachelor's degree in Business, MIS, and/or related major * 2+ years of experience in account management or sales within IT Industry is preferred * Fluent in English and Japanese skills (Speaking, Writing, Reading) * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills * Attention to detail and good judgement * Leadership, Multi tasker, and Flexible & able to work under a multicultural environment * Proficient in MS Office suits (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions / Renaissance Resources Inc. has been a trusted leader in North American recruiting for Japanese businesses for over 25 years.
