Airco Service is currently seeking experienced Comfort Advisor/ Sales Associate in Little Rock, AR. Job Description * Identify, contact, provide quotes, and close orders on HVAC solutions and other home comfort needs for prospective and existing customers. * Determine customer requirements and expectations to make additional recommendations. * Maintain and expand knowledge of products so that these products can be presented professionally to our customers and potential customers. * Increase sales and average order size by showing the value of our maintenance membership and other air quality solutions. * Serve as the leader of the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction. * Conduct post-sale follow-up to ensure all quotes, information, and pricing has been received. * Follow up with open quotes and build value to increase conversions. * Overcome technical and business objections of prospective customers. * Build and maintain customer relationships. * Participate in various sales activities to support corporate efforts, including, but not limited to, trade shows, referral groups, etc. * Must be willing and able to work evenings and weekends * Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times while providing the best service in the industry to our customers. * Visit job sites as needed to measure or provide client services. * Negotiate and establish pricing and terms according to the company's customer and transaction profitability requirements. * Assisting with collections and collecting payments.
