Eazy Grease is hiring a Sales Associate to join our growing team in Miami, FL. Eazy Grease is a leading used cooking oil recycling company based in Miami, promoting sustainable practices within the food service industry. We provide environmentally responsible solutions for the proper collection and recycling of fryer oil, as well as grease trap cleaning services. Our team is focused on delivering reliable service, clean equipment, and honest rebates to our customers across Florida and beyond. As a Sales Associate, you will support business development efforts by helping identify, reach out to, and convert new leads. This role involves a blend of sales support, outreach, and administrative work. You'll work closely with the sales team to build pipelines, support client onboarding, and help maintain Salesforce records to drive growth and efficiency. Responsibilities: * Assist with daily outreach and lead prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn * Support the sales team with proposal creation, follow-ups, and CRM updates * Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and smooth customer onboarding * Help manage sales pipelines and reporting within Salesforce * Attend local client visits and networking events as needed * Provide excellent customer service to prospective and existing clients Qualifications: * Experience in sales, business development, or customer service * Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms * Strong communication and organizational skills * Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment * Spanish*is required* as many of our customers are Spanish speaking * Prior experience in the food service, recycling, or logistics industry is a plus What We Offer: * Base salary plus commission with performance-based incentives * Opportunities for professional growth and advancement * The ability to be part of a company making a positive environmental impact Schedule: Monday to Friday If you're looking to grow with a company focused on sustainability, operations excellence, and customer success, we'd love to hear from you.
