This is a fully in office position Job Description: As a Telemarketer at Nations Mortgage, you will play a vital role in reaching out to potential clients and promoting our mortgage products and services over the phone. This is a starting position, and we're looking for enthusiastic individuals ready to learn, develop, and be a valuable part of our team. Responsibilities: * Help collect and organize paperwork for loan applications. * Support the sales team with finding new customers and managing existing ones. * Communicate with customers to get the information and documents needed for loans. * Conduct credit checks and verify income sources * Answer customer questions and update them on their loan status. * Assist with other tasks as needed to support the loan origination process Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus but not required). * Minimum of 1 year of experience in residential mortgage lending. * Comfortable with cold-calling and managing incoming live transfers. * Strong communication skills.
