Full description of the position
1. Summary A. We are seeking a results-driven Appointment Setter to support our sales team by contacting clients, building trust, verifying future payments, understanding financial needs, and setting qualified appointments for closers. This role involves high-volume outreach, objection handling, and deep understanding of structured settlement restructuring to help clients build financial stability and accomplish financial goals through our in-house programs. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2. Responsibilities: A. Make 200 outbound dials per day to prospective and existing clients to introduce and explain our services and structured settlement restructuring programs. B. Advocate, portray empathy & understanding for clients who receive large settlement policies and how to properly utilize their payments. C. Build and strengthen client relationships through follow-up via Phone, Text & Email D. Identify and engage with key decision-makers for further discussions regarding clients' financial situations to generate interest in our services. E. Serve as a trusted consultant by understanding each client's unique financial needs and goals to provide tailored solutions that align with their objectives and clearly explain the benefits of restructuring their policies F. Educate clients on our in-house programs designed to fuel their future by creating additional income, building financial assets, or resolving financial challenges. G. Stay organized, manage and track leads by maintaining accurate and up- to-date client records, sales notes, and follow-up activities H. Follow-up, set appointments, and move prospects to closers to enhance client communication strategies I. Collaborate with management and the sales team by submitting activity reports on qualified leads, weekly work plans, and monthly territory analyses to close J. Connect with the Research, Paralegal & Marketing teams on qualifying leads and monitor transaction progress ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3. Knowledge, Abilities & Qualifications A. Time Value of Money: Ability to explain how present money value differs from future value and how this applies to structured settlements and financial planning. B. Budget Analysis : Ability to assist clients in understanding their financial obligations and structuring their financial future to fit their budget and financial goals C. Principles on Investing : Familiarity with long-term investment strategies, risk vs. reward concepts, and historical investment trends to build wealth D. Real Estate Investing : Understanding the fundamentals of real estate as an investment tool and its relevance to clients' long-term wealth-building strategies. E. Restructuring: Understanding of how to restructure future assets to create additional income through real estate, investing, entrepreneurship or related fields. F. Trust: Proven experience in consultative sales and an understanding of client needs to build and maintain strong client relationships. G. Sales: Ability to think quickly, handle objections with confidence, and deliver thoughtful, persuasive rebuttals that build trust and move conversations forward. H. Resources & Communication: Experience working with CRM, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, & Adobe with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. I. Organization: Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently with strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and follow-ups effectively. J.
