Full description of the position
Sales Development Representative will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads. Duties and Responsibilities: - Prospecting: Identifying potential customers through research and outreach -- generating new - business opportunities by contacting prospects via phone, email, and social media. - Lead Qualification: Assessing whether these prospects are a good fit for the company's products or - services. - Initial Engagement: Reaching out to prospects via calls, emails, and social media to start - conversations. - Setting Appointments: Scheduling meetings with qualified leads for the sales team. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. - Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update CRM systems regularly. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies. - Provide regular feedback to the sales and marketing teams on lead quality and campaign - effectiveness. - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and sales appointments. Skills & Qualifications: - A keen, discerning observer with intuition of human behavior and able to adapt an appeal that positions Subsentio to win. - Insatiably curious and, without being elusive, asks purposeful questions to understand needs, pain, and qualifying. - A natural active listener who is slow to speak and quick to hear. - Beyond reproach in matters of congruence and integrity. - Prudently gives thought to their ways, without over-analysis or self- abasement. - High emotional intelligence and not bound by overly seeking the approval of others. - An ideal team player - humble, hungry, and smart (EQ). - Able to work in a high-pressure environment while bringing peace to chaos; while creating no drama. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills and willingness to be tested. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite and willing to be tested. - Able to understand complex technical issues to have operational fluency regarding Subsentio's services. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Anticipates needs and acts in seemly ways; beyond initial training, does not require "hand-holding." - Highly motivated, goal-oriented, always working on self-improvement. - Love to win. Hates to lose. - Money motivation is a plus. Must Haves: - At least two years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role. - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (desired). - A life-long student of sales with self-directed continuous improvement. - Sandler Sales Training is a plus.
