Duties * Conduct outbound calling to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. * Utilize CRMs and other software tools to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business development and market penetration. * Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. * Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs. * Engage in telemarketing efforts to promote products and services effectively. Qualifications * Previous experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a plus but not required. * Familiarity with technical sales or technology sales concepts is advantageous. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients over the phone. * Basic knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. * A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
