You'll represent B&B Outdoor Solutions as a trusted advisor, helping clients visualize their dream outdoor space and say "YES" to making it real--today. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Convert qualified leads into high-ticket sales ($15K-$500K+ projects) * Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners and decision-makers * Follow up relentlessly. If they didn't answer, you're already dialing again * Build and present proposals that blow clients away * Maintain pipeline visibility through our CRM (training provided) * Collaborate with our design and operations team to ensure project success * Own your performance.
