An international home appliance manufacturing company is currently seeking a Korean Bilingual Sales and Customer Support Representative to support their office in the Fort Lee, NJ area. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years Sales Assistant experience and a positive, team-oriented mindset. This is a part/full-time, direct hire position. Responsibilities: * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat support. * Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. * Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and exchanges. * Maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed. * Ensure customer satisfaction by offering solutions and following up as necessary. * Work flexible hours, with potential for full-time hours during peak periods (mid-April to end of August).
